J’efahead Limited started out as a car rental company to PCO drivers.

As our business grew, we decided to outsource accident claims to third parties.

The results were less than satisfactory – culminating in unpaid claims or slow and slovenly service at times.

We are growing our car hire business within the next two years and as such would like to have more control on how accidents with our cars are handled, not only in terms of recovering our costs but also being involved and ensuring that we get the best results.

In pursuance of this, we have registered a company: J’efahead Claims Limited to handle all our accident claims. We will also handle claims for other PCO drivers who by now have found our rental services to be one of the best in the business.

We shall deal only with pursuing claims and personal injury claims for PCO drivers.

Behind our claims team are solicitors, engineers, estimators and accountants who will ensure that you get prompt and professional service.
